Nextrade at UN Ecommerce Week in Geneva

Nextrade CEO Kati Suominen spoke at four panels, including the high-level Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Ecommerce, during the United Nations eCommerce Week in Geneva on 16-20 April 2018. Her presentations focused on Nextrades' new survey work for the World Bank on South Asian companies' views of challenges to ecommerce, new work by the Alliance for eTrade Development on a policy mix that optimizes ecommerce development, and the need for new public-private partnerships and funding mechanisms, such as a Global Ecommerce Fund, to further ecommerce development in developing nations. Nextrade also co-organized a panel on new data applications in ecommerce with eBay and Huawei.
